Terms of Service

Banana is operated by [Legal entity name] (“Banana”, “we”). By creating an account or using Banana you agree to these terms.

You need an account to use the lab. Keep your credentials private; you're responsible for activity under your account. Each account belongs to an organization (your lab), and a subscription is held per organization.

Banana Pro unlocks every module. It is billed in advance, either monthly ($7.99 USD) or annually ($79.99 USD), with local MXN and EUR prices shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

We may change prices for future periods; we'll tell you before a change applies to you.

Recipes, notes, experiments and photos you save in My Lab remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store and display them to you and your organization.

The ingredient data, innovation recipes, tools, text and artwork in Banana are ours or licensed to us. Your subscription lets you use them for your own work, including commercially in your bar or kitchen, but not to copy, resell or republish the content itself.

Banana provides culinary and scientific information to support your own professional judgment. You are responsible for food safety, allergens, alcohol laws and regulations wherever you prepare or serve anything. Content marked as a hypothesis or observation is exactly that, not an established fact.

Don't misuse the service: no scraping or bulk export, no attempts to break security, no sharing an account outside your organization, and nothing unlawful.

We work to keep Banana available and accurate but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Banana and cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
